Feedback and Complaints

We welcome all feedback and suggestions; whether it's to inform us about what we’re doing well or to help us improve our services and provide the best outcome to the people we support.

You can provide feedback in a number of ways – come in and speak to us in person, over the phone or by submitting an online form.

​

We all have a responsibility to be accountable for our actions. We take all complaints seriously and are committed to working with you to find a solution.

​

There is also an option to provide feedback and report a matter or a complaint anonymously. This selection can be used by any person, including staff.
